We know many vegetarians and vegans are tired of going to the pub and being forced to eat the one meal that’s on offer for them, so we’re working to continuously improve the range of options. This is good news for vegans, good news for people who like to find new and exciting dishes, but bad news for indecisive vegans. Sorry indecisive vegans.

The Veggie or Vegan diet, is kinder to the environment, kinder to your body, and kinder to the animals.
Vegan and Vegetarian cooking relies on plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and natural ingredients that are higher in vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals (yeah, we have no idea what that is either but it tastes good and grows in nature). Dishes also tend to be lower in cholesterol and saturated fats.
Vegan food is also great for the environment. It produces healthier people, and healthier animals. It benefits vegetarians, vegans and meat-eaters alike as having lots of vegan options greatly reduces the chances of Piers Morgan deciding to visit your establishment.
We’re not going crazy. This isn’t some PETA nonsense. We’re not going to suddenly rename ourselves The Avocado-per Arms to appease animal lovers. But come down on a Wednesday, try some of our chef’s vegan recipes. Vegan food doesn’t have to be bland or boring.
Vegan restaurants are becoming common in our cities but in small village locations and suburbs around Hertfordshire and the Welwyn Garden City area and often the classic English pubs aren’t so good at it, so come enjoy a good pub meal with new meat-free specials too.
